Making a difference, together

Established in 1990, CACE was founded by a group of local people who recognised the need for greater support for older people in Cumbernauld and the surrounding areas. For more than 30 years, we have been committed to promoting the welfare, wellbeing and independence of older people and supporting their carers. Through education, training, community support and a wide range of services, we work alongside local people to improve quality of life and help build a stronger, more connected community.

Today, CACE supports approximately 400 people every month through a diverse range of in-person and online services, groups, activities and opportunities designed to meet the needs of our community. Our work is made possible by the support of our community, and there are many ways you can help CACE continue making a difference. From fundraising and volunteering to raising awareness of our services, your support helps us create a sustainable future and ensure older people and their carers across Cumbernauld and the surrounding areas can access the support they need.
